Following information and documents are needed to process loan application

1. Copy of driver license.
2. Copy of visa or green card if not US citizen.
3. Sales contract if purchase.
4. Most recent 30 day pay stub.
5. Most recent two month bank statement(all pages).
6. Most recent two year W2 and all pages of tax return
7. Current mortgage payment.
8. Property insurance information(company name and phone number).
9. Property survey(plat map of property and lot).
