Following information and documents are needed to process loan application

  1. Copy of driver license.
  2. Copy of visa or green card if not US citizen.
  3. Application forms (will email after getting a rate quote here or contact us).
    Here are fillable application form and borrower authorization form.
  4. Sales contract if purchase.
  5. Most recent 30 day pay stub.
  6. Most recent two month bank statement(all pages).
  7. Most recent two year W2 or tax return if self-employed.
  8. Current mortgage payment and settlement statement(HUD1) from last closing if refinance.
  9. Property insurance information(company name and phone number).
  10. Property survey(plat map of property and lot).
